Whistleblowing
The Whistleblowing channel gives you a safe and confidential way to report any suspected or actual illegal acts or misconduct without fear of negative consequences.
Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
Bribery, corruption, money laundering, or fraud
Environmental or safety violations
IT security breaches or data protection issues
Procurement fraud and competition law infringements
Human rights violations, including discrimination
Workplace harassment, bullying or violence
Violations of the Better Energy Code of Conduct
Better Energy employees who have feedback or concerns about their work or workplace are encouraged to contact their manager, the Work Environment Organisation, Corporate Office or Group Legal.
